This year at Willingham we have started using a brand new scheme called 'Maths Eyes'! Maths Eyes is all about finding maths in the real world. Once every half term, the whole school will be shown a photo of something from the real world during Monday's assembly. Back in their classes, pupils will then use their own Maths Eyes to think of mathematical questions about that photo. Pupils will then choose one of their question to investigate as a class.
Take a look at the Maths Eyes website for more information http://www.haveyougotmathseyes.com/, and look out for our Maths Eyes display to see examples of the children's work!
