On Wednesday our year 3 boys had four games against Cottenham Primary.

On Mr Moore's pitch (Anfield) our 'A' team won 1-0 with the winning goal coming from James.

On Mr Carminati's pitch (Old Trafford) our 'B' team won 3-1. Seth scored the first directly from a corner! Cottenham equalised soon after but Seth restored Willingham's lead early in the second half. Oliver made the game safe late on with a neat finish to make the final score 3-1.

The final game at Old Trafford saw our 'A' team win again, this time it was their turn to win 3-1. Sam, James and Casper all got on the score sheet.

The game of the day was definitely the last game at Anfield where the match finished 6-6!?

The action was nonstop and the goals were flowing in! Special mention to the goal scorers who were Toby, Joey and Seth...who bagged 4!! Seth scored an incredible 6 in two games, outstanding form!

It was a wonderful afternoon of football and it was thoroughly enjoyable to welcome the year 3 boys from Cottenham over.
