Behaviour and Anti-Bullying

At Willingham Primary School and Honeypot Pre-school, we want every member of the school community to feel valued, respected and that each person is treated fairly and well. We aim to be a caring community, whose values are based on mutual trust and respect for all. The school expects every member of the school community to behave in a considerate way towards others and for all staff to consistently follow the approach to behaviour management as laid out in our Self-Regulation and Behaviour Management Policy. The policy can be downloaded in our policies website.

We are currently consulting our school community on the implementation of our Anti-Bullying policy. The link to the draft version of the policy is below.

Parents/Carers

If you are worried that your child is being bullied at school, please make contact with the class teacher as the first instance.

Any bullying allegations will be recorded in line with the policy, investigated and information shared.

Support is available for all parties through classroom resources as well as the school's Emotional Support Assistant.

Anti-Bullying alliance has a lot of resources for parents and carers as well: https://anti-bullyingalliance.org.uk/tools-information/advice-and-support/advice-parents-and-carers
